It's done! I've been working on this like a crazed woman every night until after midnight (even on school nights!) and I am now finished. It turns out that I made up enough signatures for TWO journals! I've been ripping paper out of books without even a care (at first, I had a hard time with this -- books just seem sacred - I listened to the librarian too well). So, I guess I'll just have to make another one! I used two sets of ten signatures, and I'm sure that when I'm finished filling it up, it will be huge and busting out all over. I had thought that the binding would be more difficult, but Mary Ann made it seem really easy. Thank you, Mary Ann, for your great videos! Also, a big shout out to Julie of iowajewel.etsy.com for her vintage paper packets. She has a wide variety of paper on many different themes.
